In the Shipping and Commodity sectors we represent our clients in all manner of disputes and commercial Arbitrations, including those conducted under LMAA, ICC, ICE, LCIA, UNCITRAL and SIAC rules, or under the Arbitration Act 1996, and which are subject to the terms of the Coffee Trade Federation, Sugar Association, GAFTA and FOSFA, both in London and overseas.
