We have recently completed working on a series of shipbuilding contracts for a well-known European Owner/Operator, which has commissioned a series of newbuildings from a Far East shipyard to be constructed over the next 4 years. The contracts are subject to English law, on which we advised when assisting the Owners’ team draft and negotiate extensive, detailed contract terms over a 2 month period. The total transaction value exceeds 45 million Euros.
