Intersee is one of the leading shipping enterprises in Western Europe operating a fleet of Bulkcarriers, Comb Freighters and Chemical Tankers. Certain ship owning companies within the Group are now subject to insolvency proceedings in Germany and to the control of German Court Appointed Receivers. IY LEGAL is pursuing various claims in those proceedings for Charterers.
